SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery time is between 7-15 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows will be calculated at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
SYLVIAN GRANT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, and in original packaging.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at sylviangrantjewelry@gmail.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and the return address.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and secure digital payment platforms available at checkout.
How can I track my package?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Why hasn't my tracking updated?
Tracking information can sometimes take 48-72 hours to update after the label is created. For international orders, updates may pause while the package is in transit between countries.
